Visual Motor Integration (VMI) involves effective communication between the hands and the eyes, so that you can copy, draw and write what you see.
VMI uses visual perceptual skills –
the ability to correctly perceive a
form in order to correctly
replicate it.

Here is list of printable worksheets to work through, you can start these with your littlie from the age of 3 but its good to remember this rule of thumb when presenting copying activities:
3-year-olds draw circles
4-year-olds draw squares
5-year-olds draw triangles
7-year-olds draw diamonds
Happy copying!!!!!
