Dressing can be quite a difficult task to teach to children.
It takes a LOT of time from mommies and daddies to explain, to teach and to provide help to their children to dress all by themselves.
Dressing has so many steps! There are underwear, clothes, socks and shoes to put on, to take off, to pull up, to push down, to button up, to zip up and to lace up!
They also have a certain way they have to go on, they can’t be backwards or inside out!
Because of this, it may seem faster to just dress your child. But it is important that children learn to take care of themselves.
So I wanted to provide you with some pointers to consider when teaching your child to dress
him/herself.
